1. Appointment Policy

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Policy

Payments are due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Health & Safety

Clients are requested to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before the service begins.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit.
