At Sarovar Professional, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide exceptional services and products. However, due to the nature of our business, certain restrictions apply to refunds. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Services
Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please inform us immediately, and we will work to rectify the issue to your satisfaction, including adjustments or corrections.
2. Products
Refunds or exchanges are only available for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid only for the services and products offered at Sarovar Professional.
4. Prepaid Packages
Refunds on prepaid packages are not allowed. However, unused sessions may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from management.
5. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, any prepayments or deposits will be fully refunded or applied to your next booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Processing Time
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
